Membership Terms and Conditions

By joining Australian Christian Arts, I agree to abide by the organisation’s governing documents and policies, including but not limited to the Australian Christian Arts Constitution, Code of Conduct, Child Safe Policy, Attendance Policy, Talent & Media Release Policy (including details of photographs and videos taken), as amended, varied, consolidated, or replaced from time to time, with the current versions made available by the organisation.

I acknowledge that Australian Christian Arts is a religious and community-based organisation and that membership is subject to its governing documents and policies, as well as the legal rights and protections afforded to such bodies and I agree not to challenge or undermine these protections except as permitted by law. I agree that the organisation may, acting reasonably and in accordance with applicable laws, including protections afforded to religious organisations and the general rights of voluntary associations to maintain mission-aligned membership, refuse admission, suspend participation, or terminate membership where necessary to uphold its objects, values, spiritual ethos, and beliefs, including the protections available to religious bodies and voluntary associations under the Sex Discrimination Act 1984 (Cth) and the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 (NSW). Membership rests on a willingness to support the organisation's Statement of Belief and, once adopted by the Board, its Member Statements of Support, in good faith, as those documents describe.
