- Start: 6:15pm, 30 minutes before doors open
- Finish: 7:25pm, 10 minutes after rehearsal starts
On a youth night: 4:30pm to 5:40pm. Youth rehearsals run 5:30pm to 7:30pm, so every time moves 1 hour 45 minutes earlier.
Before doors open
- Set the diffuser in its exact location.
- Check the lighting & that the room is ready.
- Make sure the visual standards are met before doors open.
As people arrive
- Run the digital or manual attendance system.
- Confirm names & attendance status.
- Flag newcomers to the ushers or section leaders.
- Sort out basic check-in issues.
