Your times
- Keys: 6:15pm, pick them up before rehearsal
- Pack-down: 9:15pm, as soon as rehearsal ends
- Finish: 9:45pm, when the venue is fully reset
On a youth night: keys 4:30pm; pack-down 7:30pm to 8:00pm. Youth rehearsals run 5:30pm to 7:30pm, so every time moves 1 hour 45 minutes earlier.
Before rehearsal
- Pick up the keys.
End of the night
- Pack away chairs, stands, equipment & banners.
- Follow the labelling & storage systems.
- Leave the venue clean & compliant.
- Return the keys.
