- Start: 6:45pm, when doors open
- Finish: 7:25pm, 10 minutes after rehearsal starts
On a youth night: 5:00pm to 5:40pm. Youth rehearsals run 5:30pm to 7:30pm, so every time moves 1 hour 45 minutes earlier.
As people arrive
- Write name tags clearly & legibly.
- Confirm preferred names if you’re unsure.
- Hand name tags out accurately.
- Pass newcomers smoothly to the ushers.

Anything unclear on the night, ask the Home Team Leader. They run the roster & can tell you where you’re needed.
