Before doors open
- Know who is bringing the banners & equipment tonight, & who packs them away. The Home Team Leader confirms this for each rehearsal.
Moving equipment safely
- Plan every move before you lift.
- Use trolleys or other lifting aids wherever possible.
- Walk the route first & clear any obstacles.
- Wear non-slip, fully enclosed shoes.
- If a load is too heavy or awkward, stop & get help.

End of the night
- Make sure chairs, stands, equipment & banners are packed away.
- Follow the labelling & storage systems.
- Leave the venue clean & compliant.
