Your times
- Start: 6:45pm, when doors open
- Finish: 9:15pm, at the end of rehearsal
On a youth night: 5:00pm to 7:30pm. Youth rehearsals run 5:30pm to 7:30pm, so every time moves 1 hour 45 minutes earlier.
As people arrive
- Welcome newcomers personally.
- Help with seating & placement.
- Introduce members to one another within the section.
During rehearsal
- Give musical guidance & support within your section.
- Support the conductor or director as needed.
Who to ask
Anything unclear on the night, ask the Home Team Leader. They run the roster & can tell you where you’re needed.
